1. What services do you offer as a wedding officiant?

We offer a variety of wedding officiant services to fit your unique needs, including personalized wedding ceremonies, elopement ceremonies, vow renewals, quick, fast, say I do and destination weddings. Our services can be customized to reflect your style, culture, and personal preferences.


2. How do we book your officiant services?

Booking is easy! Simply visit our Lock in A Perfect Wedding Officiant Today page and review the items required for a reservation. Then, reach out via our mark@aperfectweddingofficiant.com, and we’ll confirm our availability. If available we will send you the Service Donation Retainer (contract) to confirm your reservation.


3. How much notice do I need to give to book A Perfect Wedding Officiant?

A Perfect Wedding Officiant is one of the most in-demand wedding officiants in Los Angeles County. Mark’s dynamic and engaging style makes him one of the most favorite officiants, and our calendar often fills up months in advance. Popular wedding dates, especially weekends, as well as major holidays like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, tend to book quickly. While we understand that wedding plans can change at the last minute and are happy to accommodate elopements or last-minute bookings if availability allows, we highly recommend securing your date as soon as possible to ensure we can be part of your special day.


4. Can you help us with writing our vows?

Absolutely! We offer vow writing guidance and can assist in crafting heartfelt, personalized vows. Whether you want to write your own vows or keep it simple, we’re here to help you make it meaningful and authentic.


5. Do you accommodate same-sex weddings?

Yes! LOVE is LOVE! We proudly officiate same-sex weddings and believe in celebrating love in all its forms. Every couple deserves a ceremony that reflects their love and commitment.


6. What is the cost of your wedding officiant services?

Our pricing varies depending on the Wedding Officiant/Ceremony Package, specific services, and the location of your ceremony. For a fully customized ceremony, please select our GOLD Package. If you don’t see your desired services listed, feel free to reach out with the details of your wedding, and we will provide a personalized estimate separate from our package pricing. Please note, most weddings are covered under the options listed on the Ceremony Packages page.”


7. Do you perform ceremonies outside of Los Angeles County?

Yes, we travel to neighboring areas all the time. And, we are happy to travel beyond for your wedding ceremony. Travel fees apply depending on the location outside of Los Angeles County. Please let us know where you’re planning your wedding, and we’ll discuss the details.


8. Can we have a religious ceremony or include specific rituals?

Definitely! We tailor each ceremony to your preferences. Whether you want a religious ceremony, a non-denominational service, or specific rituals (such as handfasting, unity candle, or sand ceremonies), we will work with you to create the ceremony that reflects your beliefs and traditions. Our custom package offers you the flexibility to include any elements of the ceremony that truly reflect your unique vision and desires.


9. Do you provide a rehearsal for the ceremony?

Rehearsals can be arranged upon request. If your venue requires it or you would like to practice beforehand, we will be happy to assist in ensuring everything runs smoothly. All Rehearsals are Ala cart and are separate fee from the ceremony package pricing.


10. How do we obtain our certified copy of the marriage certificate after the ceremony?

We file your marriage license with the county after your ceremony, and you can then request your official marriage certificate directly from the Los Angeles County Clerk’s office. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to obtain it.


11. Can we include family or friends in the ceremony?

Of course! With our custom ceremony we encourage you to include loved ones in your ceremony. Whether it’s asking a friend or family member to do a reading or having them take part in a special ritual, we will work with you to make your custom ceremony personal and meaningful.


12. What happens if you’re unavailable on our wedding day?

While we do our best to avoid scheduling conflicts, in the unlikely event that we are unavailable, we have a trusted network of officiants who can step in and ensure your ceremony is performed as planned.

14. What’s included in the Service Donation Retainer (contract)?

The Service Donation Retainer outlines all the details of our officiant services, including ceremony customization options, terms and conditions, and a note to the recipient regarding our policies and procedures. Once received, we will start preparing for your special day.


15. Do you perform elopements?

Yes, we offer simple and intimate elopement ceremonies in Los Angeles County and neighboring areas. Whether you’re eloping with just the two of you or have a few close friends or family members present, we will help make it meaningful.
